5-Days Return Policy

  • We offer a 5-day return Policy from the date of delivery.
  • If the product you received is damaged, defective, or not as described, you may request a replacement or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items (for Hygiene & Safety Reasons)

As our products are intimate lifestyle items, we strictly do not accept returns or exchanges if the product has been:

  • Opened, used, or tried
  • Damaged due to improper handling after delivery
  • Without original packaging and tags

This policy ensures that every customer receives only new, unused, and hygienic products.

Eligible Returns / Exchanges

We will gladly accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product damaged during transit
  • Manufacturing defect detected upon delivery

In such cases, please share unboxing photos/videos with our support team within 48 hours of delivery for quick resolution.

How to Request a Return / Exchange

  2. Provide a clear photo/video of the issue.
  3. Exchange or damage of the product will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days

Refunds

  • We do not provide direct refunds for opened/used products.
  • Refunds are only processed in cases where a replacement is not possible.
  • Refunds (if approved) will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
